One of my professional passions is to help people learn about compassion and self-compassion, and how to live a more compassionate life. In particular, developing more kindness and compassion towards ourselves can bring many benefits! But sometimes it is difficult to know what 'self-compassion' even really means, let alone how to do it.

The kickstarter is a 1-hour webinar and a great place to start. The deeper dive is a 4-part series that will further your understanding and practice of self-kindness and self-compassion. And the 8-week Compassionate Mind Training (CMT) course comprehensively explores compassion and self-compassion, including how to bring compassion to life's challenges and struggles.

An 8-week course, live and online

CMT takes a comprehensive look at compassion and self-compassion, helping you develop the compassionate part of you with scientifically-proven information and exercises. We then put this compassionate part of you to work, helping you with difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and not least, helping you manage self-criticism.
